Frequently asked questions

When logging in, you must first have an approved wholesale account with us. If you have not filled out the wholesale application please do so now.  

Once your wholesale application is submitted, it can take up to 5 business days to be reviewed. If your application is approved, you will receive an email from us inviting you to set a password for your account.  

Once you’ve set a password, you can then log in to the wholesale portal at Valaurum-wholesale.com. 

In order to help the government fight the funding of terrorism, money laundering, and other illegal activities, Valaurum, Inc., obtains, verifies, and maintains information that identifies each person or entity that seeks to establish an account. 

What this means for you: when you apply for an account, we ask for your name, address, date of organization or birth (as appropriate), and other information that will allow us to verify your identity. We may also ask to see your organization or identifying documents (as appropriate). The required information and documents include:  

• Name of your business, including the precise corporate name and jurisdiction of organization (if applicable). 
• Names and contact information of your principal officers and managers. 
• Address, phone number, website URL, and email address. 
• Date of organization or birth (as appropriate) . 
• Requirement of Form W-9. 
• A copy of a document verifying legal existence and registration such as an unexpired business license, a sales tax registration, or a filed certificate of incorporation or formation. 
• Two trade references. 
• A copy of the business's reseller certificate (for sales tax purposes, depending on shipping address) 

We take great care in evaluating the mutually beneficial nature of a wholesale agreement between Valaurum and other businesses. Sometimes, we are unable to approve a wholesale application. All decisions on this matter are final and a denial cannot be appealed. If you've been denied a wholesale account, you are still welcome to purchase Valaurum products from our retail site, which offers limited bulk discounts and occasional coupons. 

Online wholesale orders can take up to 5 business days after confirmed payment to leave our warehouse. Look for an email from a member of our team explaining any delays you may be experiencing or reach out to your account manager.

It depends. Please reach out to our Sales team at sales@valaurum.com to inquire about potential restocks in the near future. For larger order quantities (> 400 units) we may be able to produce to order, though lead times vary. 

Domestic orders paid by credit card will ship within 3 business days, using the method selected at checkout. International orders may take longer while we verify customs information, but typically also leave the warehouse within 3 days.

All online orders must be paid by credit card. If you prefer to receive an invoice, contact our sales team at sales@valaurum.com. Please be aware that orders processed via email and invoice can take 5-10 business days longer to process than online orders.

We are unable to take wholesale orders over the phone. However, if you prefer to order via email, you may continue doing so via your account manager. If you do not have an account manager, please reach out to sales@valaurum.com.
